摘 要:由于大直径泥水平衡盾构机的质量和开挖直径较大,成型隧道的质量控制难度更高,其中同步注浆工艺是保障施工安全质量的重要一环。依托津沽海河隧道大直径泥水盾构工程,介绍了同步注浆工艺质量安全隐患,着重对施工过程中所采取的预防措施进行列举分析。经过工程现场验证,盾构同步注浆时综合采用设定合理注浆量与注浆压力、合理设定施工参数、定期维保注浆设备、进行多项监测等措施,有效保障了施工安全质量,为后续类似工程提供借鉴。Due to the large mass and excavation diameter of large-diameter mud-water balanced shield machines,the quality control of shaped tunnels becomes more challenging.Among them,the synchronous grouting technology is an important aspect of safeguarding construction safety and quality.Based on the large-diameter mud shield project of the Jingu Haihe River Tunnel,this paper introduces the hidden dangers related to the quality and safety of synchronous grouting technology,with a focus on enumerating and analyzing the preventive measures adopted during the construction process.Verified on the construction site,the comprehensive adoption of measures such as setting reasonable grouting volume and pressure,regular maintenance of grouting equipment,and conducting multiple monitoring during synchronous grouting for shield tunneling effectively guarantees the safety and quality of construction.This provides a reference for subsequent similar projects.
