摘  要:本研究基于我司开发的适用于寒区公路半刚性基层裂缝处治的注浆修补材料,将其应用于黑龙江省内某高速公路养护工程,对材料的路用性能进行研究。通过三维雷达与工后取芯对注浆材料的填充效果与修补效果进行评价,并对所取芯样进行浸水劈裂、冻融劈裂及疲劳寿命检测,结果显示面层和基层裂缝处经修补后均具有较好的耐水性、抗冻性及疲劳寿命。This study is based on the grouting repair material developed by our company for the treatment of semi-rigid base cracks on highways in cold regions.It was applied to a highway maintenance project in Heilongjiang Province to study the road performance of the material.The filling and repair effects of grouting materials were evaluated through 3D radar and post construction core sampling.The core samples were subjected to immersion splitting,freeze-thaw splitting,and fatigue life testing.The results showed that the surface and base cracks had good water resistance,frost resistance,and fatigue life after repair.
