摘 要:为了解决大埋深、高应力环境下动压回采巷道围岩变形大、难控制等问题,以赵固二矿14030工作面为研究案例,通过理论分析、数值仿真与实地应用相结合的研究手段,探讨了回采巷道使用预应力注浆锚索全长锚固的前瞻性支护技术的实施可能性。进一步优化了注浆锚索参数,得到合理的支护方案。现场矿压观测表明,注浆锚索参数合理,受力均匀,能够有效改善破碎围岩力学性能、提高围岩承载能力,巷道围岩变形量和变形速度均有所减少。In the 14030 working face of Zhaogu No.2 Mine,traditional single pillar and hinged top beam combination were used for pre support in the mining roadway.Under high burial depth and high stress environment,dynamic pressure mining tunnels exhibit many difficulties such as roof fragmentation,severe bulging,and difficult maintenance,which seriously restrict the safe and efficient production of the working face.Therefore,conducting research on the advanced support technology of prestressed grouting and anchoring of the entire length of the mining roadway under the conditions of high stress and high mining height and fractured surrounding rock in deep wells is of great significance for improving the production efficiency and economic benefits of mines,and achieving safe and efficient production.
