摘  要:永磁同步电机(PMSM)具有体积小、效率高的优点,在新能源汽车、风力发电等领域得到了广泛关注与应用。随着现代工业水平的高质量发展,电机控制系统需要更高精度和更低成本,这依赖于准确的电机转子位置的信息。传统检测转子位置需加装位置传感器,这不仅增加了成本,同时也有一定局限性,在特殊环境下,位置传感器难以正常运行。本文主要利用高频脉振信号注入检测转子初始位置,利用其初始位置进行无位置传感器启动,实现零低速段的无位置传感器的全程控制,利用Matlab\Siumlink搭建无位置传感器转子位置检测仿真平台,验证高频脉振信号注入法在零低速段的转子位置检测的有效性。Permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM)have the advantages of small size and high efficiency,and have gained wide attention and applications in new energy vehicles,wind power generation and other fields.With the high quality development of modern industrial level,the motor control system needs to be more accurate and lower cost,which relies on the accurate information of motor rotor position.The traditional detection of rotor position requires the addition of position sensors,which not only increases the cost,but also has certain limitations,and in special environments,the position sensor is difficult to operate properly.In this paper,we mainly use high-frequency pulsation signal injection to detect the initial position of the rotor,use its initial position to start the positionless sensor,realize the whole control of the zero-low-speed section of the positionless sensor,and build a simulation platform of the positionless sensor rotor position detection by using Matlab\Siumlink,to validate the effectiveness of the high-frequency pulsation signal injection method of the zero-low-speed section of the rotor position detection.
