摘  要:针对25 Hz相敏轨道电路防护盒在现场调整中存在的过度依赖人工、缺乏界面显示和通信功能等问题,设计了一款智能防护盒。该防护盒以STM32F103RB为核心,通过数据调理电路以及自适应调节电路,实现了对轨道电压、局部电压及相位参数的采集与显示,同时支持通过CAN总线将数据上传至微机监测系统。摒弃了传统的手动调节方式,采用电流控制调节可变电感元件铁芯的电流大小以改变电感元件的电感值,实现了自适应谐振。经过测试,新型防护盒满足设计初期的功能和性能需求,展现出优越的性能。Addressing issues such as excessive manual dependence,lack of interface display,and communication functions in the field adjustment of 25 Hz phase-sensitive track circuit protection boxes,an intelligent protection box has been designed.With the STM32F103RB as its core,this protection box,through data conditioning circuits and adaptive adjustment circuits,achieves the collection and display of track voltage,local voltage,and phase parameters.It also supports uploading these data to a microcomputer monitoring system via CAN bus.Abandoning the traditional manual adjustment method,it adopts current control to adjust the current size of the variable inductance element's iron core,thereby changing the inductance value and achieving adaptive resonance.After testing,the new protection box meets the functional and performance requirements set at the design stage,demonstrating superior performance.
