摘　　要：目的:设计一套高效科学的医院信息化项目内控管理软件,解决信息化项目管理中的难点。方法:分别对医院各业务部门信息化申请诉求进行调研,结合信息系统管理理论,借助低代码开发平台,建立一套科学的信息化项目管理软件。结果:在实际应用过程中,总结出一套科学合理的信息化项目管理标准。结论:通过运用医院信息化项目内控管理软件,使得信息化项目的管理得到显著提高,保证了医院信息化项目的有效实施。Objective To design a set of efficient and scientific software for the internal control management of hospital IT application projects,and to solve the difficulties in IT application project management.Methods The information application demands of each business department in the hospital were investigated.Based on the information system management theory and the low code development platform,a set of scientific IT application project management software was established.Results In practical application process,a set of scientific and reasonable IT application project management standards were summarized.Conclusion By using the internal control management software for hospital IT application projects,the management of the projects has been significantly improved,ensuring the effective implementation of the IT application projects.
