摘 要:针对护环实时检测法在钢筋混凝土腐蚀检测中的不足,对护环电极检测法的原理与特点进行了分析,开发了一种基于钢筋混凝土结构腐蚀量化的无损检测传感器,并分析了其实际应用效果。选取美国NDT James Gecor8同类产品与研究系统进行比较,结果显示,在构件2的检测中,研究系统耗时为19 s,而美国Gecor8为173 s。此外研究系统的误差控制在±1.8%以内,优于美国Gecor8检测效果。In view of the deficiency of the real-time corrosion cletection,the principle and characteristics of the electrode detection method is analyzed,a nondestructive testing sensor based on the corrosion quantification of reinforced concrete structure is developed,and then the practical application effect of the sensor is analyzed.The similar products of NDT James Gecor8 in the United States were compared with the research system.The test results showed that in the detection of component 2,the research system took 19 s,while the American Gecor8 took 173 s.In addition,the error control of the study system is with in±1.8%,which is better than the Gecor8 detection effect in the United States.
