摘 要:阐述了大跨度钢结构屋架施工技术,包括钢结构的设计、构件制造与运输、安装方法、焊接与连接技术等,并以湖北省枣阳市体育中心项目为例,结合项目的施工难点探讨出一套可行的施工方案,其主要内容包括钢结构加工制作,钢结构拼装、安装精度控制,现场焊接质量及焊接变形控制。经总结和分析施工效果可知,优化后的钢结构施工方案有利于推进项目的进程,优化项目的施工效果。This article elaborates on the construction technology of large-span steel structure roof trusses,including the design of steel structures,component manufacturing and transportation,installation methods,welding and connection technologies,etc.Taking the Zaoyang Sports Center project as an example,a set of feasible construction plans is discussed based on the construction difficulties of the project.The main contents include steel structure processing and production control,steel structure assembly and installation accuracy control,on-site welding quality and welding deformation control.After summarizing and analyzing the construction effect,it can be concluded that the optimized steel structure construction plan is conducive to advancing the project process and optimizing the construction effect of the project.
