摘 要:以鱼台县老万福河防洪提升工程为例,对桩基和系梁的施工技术进行升级改造和质量把控。从护筒埋设、泥浆循环系统、钻孔、灌注混凝土等施工要点阐述了桩基技术。同时,论述了桩头凿除和桩基检测、基坑防水设置、钢筋与模板安装、混凝土浇筑等施工技术。结果表明,升级改造的桥梁桩基及系梁施工技术有利于解决旧桥梁的安全隐患问题,保障了项目的施工质量,提高了施工效率。This paper takes the old Wanfu River Flood Control Upgrading project in Yutai County as an example to upgrade the construction technology and control the quality of pile foundation and transverse strut.The technology of pile foundation is described from the construction points such as embedment of protective tube,mud circulation system,drilling and concrete pouring.At the same time,the construction technology including pile head chisel and pile foundation detection,foundation pit waterproof setting,reinforcement and formwork installation,concrete pouring and so on are discussed.The results show that the construction technology of the upgraded bridge pile foundation and transverse strut is conducive to solving the hidden safety problems of the old bridge,ensuring the construction quality of the project and improving the construction efficiency of the project.
