摘  要:提出了一种新型的可调角度插入式振捣棒,该设备能够更好地适应变截面模板形状,实现全面振动和气泡引出。结合振捣工艺的优化,论文还强调了对混凝土原材料的严格控制,确保选择合理的砂石配比和非有害掺和料,以提升混凝土的工作性能。采用该精准强化技术后,T梁马蹄位置的气泡数量显著减少,混凝土的密实性与整体强度得到了有效提升。A new type of adjustable angle plug-in vibrator is proposed in this paper.The device can better adapt to the shape of the template with variable section,and realize full vibration and bubble extraction.Combined with the optimization of the vibration process,the study also emphasizes the strict control of the concrete raw materials to ensure the selection of reasonable sand and stone ratio and non-harmful admixtures to improve the working performance of concrete.After adopting this precision strengthening technology,the number of bubbles at the horseshoe position of T-beam is significantly reduced,and the compactness and overall strength of concrete are effectively improved.
