电力沟槽和接线盒施工工艺优化对承载式光伏路面的影响研究

摘  要:对电力沟槽和接线盒施工工艺优化及其对承载式光伏路面的影响进行了研究。针对电力沟槽施工,提出分层开挖、设置U形排水管,以及采用喷浆加固技术提高沟槽壁强度与耐久性等优化措施;针对接线盒施工工艺,进行了线缆预处理和接线盒预埋及固定方式的改良。此外,在实际承载式光伏路面工程案例中评估了电力沟槽和接线盒施工工艺优化前后的效果,以展示优化措施对承载式光伏路面性能以及电力传输系统的具体影响。For the construction of power trench,the paper puts forward some optimization measures,such as excavation by layers,setting U-shaped drainage pipe,and strengthening the trench wall with shotcrete technology.According to the construction technology of junction box,the cable pretreatment and the way of embedding and fixing of junction box are improved.In addition,the effects before and after the optimization of the construction process of the power trench and junction box were evaluated in the actual case of the bearing photovoltaic pavement project to demonstrate the specific impact of the optimization measures on the performance of the bearing photovoltaic pavement and the power transmission system.
