摘　　要：温州医科大学留学生教学生活楼项目的屋面采用钢筋混凝土超大悬挑结构,设计要求达到清水混凝土效果。针对设计要求和施工难点,通过深化设计图纸,优化构造做法,控制结构施工关键工序等,在确保安全的前提下,有效地控制了钢筋混凝土超大悬挑结构开裂渗漏现象,达到了结构质量一次成优目标,实现了建筑功能和设计意图。The roof of the teaching and living building for international students of Wenzhou Medical University adopts a large overhanging structure of reinforced concrete,which is designed to achieve the effect of fair-faced concrete.According to the design requirements and construction difficulties,by deepening the design drawings,optimizing the construction practices,controlling the key processes of the structure construction,etc.,under the premise of ensuring safety,the cracking and leakage phenomenon of the reinforced concrete super-large cantilever structure is effectively controlled,and the structural quality is achieved,and the architectural function of the architect are realized.
