摘　　要：依托中绿电尼勒克400万kW风电光伏一体化项目工程,围绕混凝土灌注桩施工展开研究。介绍了混凝土灌注桩的施工方案,详细描述了施工工艺流程和质量控制措施,以确保施工质量和效率。分析了常见的质量问题,包括塌孔、断桩、缩径、钻孔漏浆和钢筋笼上浮等,有助于提高工程质量、减少质量问题发生,保障工程的安全性和可靠性。Based on the 4 million kW wind power photovoltaic integration project in Nilek of China Green Electric,this paper studies the construction of concrete pile.The construction scheme of concrete cast-in-place pile is introduced,and the construction process and quality control measures are described in detail to ensure the construction quality and efficiency.The common quality problems including hole collapse,broken pile,diameter reduction,hole leakage and reinforcement cage floating are analyzed,which is helpful to improve the quality of the project,reduce the occurrence of quality problems,and ensure the safety and reliability of the project.
