摘　　要：在城市化进程飞速发展中,棚户区改造工作可以提高城市环境质量与受众生活水平,但必须制订完善的施工计划。论文研究了棚户区改造项目住宅楼混凝土工程施工技术应用措施,在了解城区棚户区改造周边安置房建设项目情况的基础上,介绍了混凝土供应与准备技术措施,同时,总结了混凝土搅拌、浇筑、最小保护层厚度确定、混凝土养护的施工技术要点,有助于转变传统施工工艺,提高棚户区改造项目住宅楼混凝土工程施工效率与质量,推动建设行业的可持续发展。In the rapid development of urbanization process,the renovation of shantytown can improve the quality of urban environment and the living standard of the audience,but it must make a perfect construction plan.This paper studies the application measures of construction technology of residential concrete engineering in shantytown renovation project.On the basis of understanding the situation of a shanty town renovation project in an urban area,the technical measures of concrete supply and preparation are introduced.At the same time,the construction technical paths of concrete mixing,pouring,determination of minimum protective layer thickness and concrete maintenance are summarized.It is helpful to transform the traditional construction technology,improve the construction efficiency and quality of residential concrete engineering in shantytown renovation projects,and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
