摘　　要：在掌握工程概况的基础上,从施工工期、协调管理、土方施工、安全风险等方面出发,分析了城市地铁停车场及上盖平台工程施工中存在的关键问题,并针对性地提出了应对措施,通过以往经验、先进理论、信息技术的结合应用,增强进度管理、施工协调、土方施工、安全管控水平,顺利实现竣工通车任务。Based on the understanding of the project overview,this paper analyzes the key problems in construction the construction urban subway parking lot and the platform of its related projects from the aspects of construction period,coordination management,earthwork construction,safety risks,etc.,and proposes targeted countermeasures.By combining past experience,advanced theories,and information technology,the level of progress management,construction coordination,earthwork construction,and safety control is improved,Successfully completed and opened to traffic tasks.
