摘　　要：针对房屋建筑现场施工技术质量管理中存在的管理体系不完善、材料与设备管理不规范、施工方案执行不到位等问题,论文提出了一套综合性的管理对策,通过完善施工管理体系,明确管理结构,确保施工过程的规范性和连续性;通过强化施工管理方案,以及全方位的审核、现场巡查和沟通,进一步增强施工方案的合理性。结果表明,该管理对策不仅可以有效提升施工技术质量管理水平,还能准确地控制施工成本和进度。In view of the problems existing in the technical quality management of housing construction site,such as imperfect management system,non-standard management of materials and equipment,and inadequate implementation of construction plans,the paper puts forward a set of comprehensive management countermeasures.Through improving the construction management system,the management structure is clearly defined to ensure the standardization and continuity of the construction process;By strengthening the construction management plan,as well as a full range of audit,site inspection and communication,further enhance the rationality of the construction plan.The results show that the management strategy can not only effectively improve the quality management level of construction technology,but also accurately control the construction cost and schedule.
