摘　　要：在掌握建设工程质量监督管理模式现状的基础上,从提高工程质量、降低成本、提高管理效率几个方面出发,分析了创新建设工程质量监督管理模式的重要性,同时,介绍了建立全过程监督体系、提升监督管理人员素质、创新施工工艺,解决工程质量中的通病等质量监督管理模式的创新路径,提出工程竣工验收工作中把好质量关的质量监督管理模式创新方法,全面保障工程建设质量与安全,推动建设单位可持续发展。Based on the current situation of construction project quality supervision and management mode,this paper analyzes the importance of innovating construction project quality supervision and management mode from the aspects of improving project quality,reducing cost and improving management efficiency.At the same time,it introduces the innovation path of quality supervision and management mode such as establishing the whole process supervision system,improving the quality of supervision and management personnel,innovating construction technology,solving common problems in project quality,and puts forward the innovation method of quality supervision and management mode in the project completion acceptance work,comprehensively guaranteeing the quality and safety of project construction,and promoting the sustainable development of construction units.
