摘  要:依托扬州市仪邗地区进行研究分析,扬州市仪邗区地处江汉交界处,同时遭受山洪、江潮影响,近年由于上游流量大、外江超过为顶托导致入江闸站自排能力骤减,对区域防洪安全造成极大影响。通过MIKE11模型计算,综合考虑感潮区域洪潮组合工况,分析50年一遇防洪条件下,仪邗山洪出路不足问题解决措施,保证仪邗片区防洪安全。This study analyzes the Yihan area in Yangzhou City,which is located at the confluence of the Yangtze River and Huaihe River,and is simultaneously affected by mountain floods and river tides.In recent years,due to increased upstream flow and the backwater effect from the outer river,the self-discharge capacity of the sluice stations entering the river has significantly decreased,posing a significant threat to regional flood control safety.This paper uses the MIKE11 model to calculate and comprehensively considers the combined conditions of tidal influence in flood-tide areas.It analyzes measures to address the insufficient discharge capacity for mountain floods under a 50-year return period flood condition in the Yihan district,ensuring flood control safety in the region.
