摘 要:为完善大型灌区续建配套与节水改造,充分发挥其在农业农村经济社会发展中的水安全保障作用,开展叶尔羌河灌区现代化升级改造。文章阐述灌区自然与工程概况,分析供水现状与存在问题,并以水资源配置论证为基础,提出近期(2025年)和远景规划期(2035年)的灌区现代化升级改造方案。通过对近期水源工程、输水工程、量测设施与信息化、排洪排涝工程等四类工程布置方案和典型设计进行详细分析论述,确定叶尔羌河灌区现代化升级改造方案。该研究可为相似大型灌区现代化改造提供技术参考。In order to improve the supporting facilities and water-saving transformation of large-scale irrigation areas and give full play to their role in water security in the economic and social development of agriculture and rural areas,the modernization and upgrading of the Yarkant River Irrigation Area is carried out.This article describes the natural and engineering overview of the irrigation area,analyzes the current water supply situation and existing problems,and proposes a modernization and upgrading plan for the irrigation area in the short term(2025)and the long-term planning period(2035)based on the demonstration of water resources allocation.Through a detailed analysis and discussion of the layout plans and typical designs of four types of projects,including recent water source projects,water transfer projects,measurement facilities and informatization,and flood and waterlogging drainage projects,the modernization and upgrading plan for the Yarkant River Irrigation Area is determined.This study can provide a technical reference for the modernization of similar large-scale irrigation areas.
