摘 要:玛尔挡水电站为黄河流域在建海拔最高面板堆石坝,属典型高寒高海拔超长低温期的大型水力发电工程。大坝主体以当地石料填筑,堆石料碾压为控制施工质量的关键工序。在引入36t振动碾后,为优化施工参数,现场试验不同加水量下的碾压遍数,评估孔隙率、沉降量和干密度,以确定最佳施工参数。相较于32t振动碾,可节约1.32万小时工时,降低成本139.47万元。并减少尾气排放,减轻大气污染。The Maerdang Hydropower Station is the highest concrete face rockill dam under construction in the Yellow River Basin.It is a large-scale hydropower project in a typical high-cold,high-altitude and ultra-long low-temperature period.The main body of the dam is filled with local stone,and the rolling of rockfill is the key process to control the construction quality.After the introduction of 36 t vibration mill,in order to optimize the construction parameters,the number of rolling passes under different water additions was tested in the field,and the porosity,settlement and dry density were evaluated to determine the best construction parameters.Compared with the 32 t vibration mill,it can save 13,200 hours and reduce the cost of 1.3947 million yuan.And reduce exhaust emissions,reduce air pollution.
