摘　　要：中药穴位贴敷是中医外治的常用方法之一,具有简、便、廉、效的特性以及良好的安全性,在临床应用广泛,对促进腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复有独特疗效。现将近十年中药穴位贴敷对腹部手术后功能恢复的研究进行综述,为促进腹部术后患者胃肠功能恢复的治疗和护理提供参考思路。Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine is one of the common methods of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,It has the characteristics of simplicity,convenience,cheapness,efficiency and good safety,Widely used in clinical,It has a unique effect on promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery.In this paper,the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking,main drug components,acupoint selection,sticking time,adverse reactions,clinical observation indicators,and the combination of acupoint sticking and other external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery.Overview of progress.Provide reference for better clinical application of acupoint sticking.
