摘  要:目的对重庆市黔江区流感样病例进行流感病毒和新冠病毒核酸检测,为科学防控及高效决策提供依据。方法以2023—2024年流感监测哨点医院流感样病例为研究对象,采集咽拭子样本,用荧光PCR法检测新冠病毒、流感病毒核酸,用SPSS 26.0软件统计分析阳性率。结果共监测到流感样病例1416例,男性和女性新冠病毒阳性率4.31%、流感病毒阳性率27.05%,不同性别流感样病例的新冠病毒(X^(2)=0.015,P=0.904)和流感病毒(X^(2)=0.601,P=0.438)阳性数差异均无统计学意义,>19岁成人不同年龄组新冠病毒(X^(2)=2.014,P=0.365)和流感病毒(X^(2)=1.933,P=0.380)阳性数差异无统计学意义,18岁及以下不同年龄组新冠病毒(X^(2)=38.189,P<0.001)和流感病毒(X^(2)=122.038,P<0.001)阳性数差异有统计学意义,四个季度流感病毒(X^(2)=232.366,P<0.001)和新冠病毒(X^(2)=8.850,P=0.031)阳性差异有统计学意义,第四季度流感病毒感染阳性率较高,第二季度新冠病毒感染阳性率较高。结论流感样病例监测中流感病毒阳性率高于新冠病毒,应注重季节性流感疫情防控和监测,特别是加强18岁及以下人群的监测。Objective To analyze the nucleic acid testing results from influenza and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)a mong influenza-like illness(ILI)cases in key populations in Qianjiang,Chongqing,providinga basis for scientific prevention and efficient decision-making.Methods ILI cases from sentinel hospitals for influenza surveillance in 2023–2024 were studied.Throat swab samples were collected,and fluorescence PC R was used to detect nucleic acids of influenza and COVID-19 viruses.SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis of positive rates.Results A total of 1,416 ILI cases were monitored.The positive rate for COVID-19 was 4.31%,while influenza virus positivity was 27.05%across males and females.No statistically significant differences were observed in positivity rates between genders for COVID-19(X2=0.015,P=0.904)or influenza viruses(X2=0.601,P=0.438).Among adults aged>19 years,comparisons of different age groups showed no statistically significant differences in positivity rates for COVI D-19(X2=2.014,P=0.365)or influenza viruses(X2=1.933,P=0.380).However,among individuals aged≤18 years,comparisons of different age gro ups revealed statistically significant differences in positivity rates for COVID-19(X2=38.189,P<0.001)and influenza viruses(X2=122.038,P<0.001).Seasonal analysis revealed significant differences in positivity rates for influenza viruses(X2=232.366,P<0.001)and COVID-19 viruses(X2=8.850,P=0.031),with influenza infections peaking in the fourth quarter and COVID-19 infections peaking in the second quarter.ConclusionInfluenza virus positivity rates among ILI cases were higher than those of COVID-19 viruses,underscoring the need to prioritize prevention and monitoring of seasonal influenza o utbreaks,especially in individuals aged≤18 years.
