摘　　要：目的:探讨艾灸疗法在促进腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复护理中的临床应用效果。方法:选取60例腹部手术患者随机分组,对照组常规护理,观察组用艾灸疗法。结果:观察组胃肠蠕动恢复时间、排气时间、术后首次排便时间均短于对照组,总住院时间更短,患者满意度评分和术后生活质量评分更高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:艾灸疗法在促进腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复护理中具有显著效果,有临床推广价值。Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of moxibustion therapy in promoting gastrointestinal function recovery nursing after abdominal surgery.Method:Sixty patients undergoing abdominal surgery were randomly divided into two groups:the control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received moxibustion therapy.Result:The observation group had shorter recovery time of gastrointestinal peristalsis,exhaust time,and first postoperative defecation time compared to the control group.The total hospitalization time was shorter,and the patient satisfaction score and postoperative quality of life score were higher,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:Moxibustion therapy has significant effects in promoting gastrointestinal function recovery nursing after abdominal surgery and has clinical promotion value.
