产妇多维感官分娩体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探索产妇在多维感官分娩中的真实体验。方法采用质性研究中现象学研究方法,对15例使用多维感官分娩的产妇进行半结构式访谈,并用Colaizzi现象学研究法进行资料分析。结果提炼出产妇多维感官分娩体验的四个主题:疼痛感、舒适感、社会支持感和有效应对能力。结论在实施多维感官分娩过程中,要积极发挥助产士的能动性,加强对助产士的专科培训,同时,需要加强门诊的产前健康宣教,进行预体验。Objective:To explore the real experience of postpartum women in multidimensional sensory delivery.Method:Using the phenomenological research method in qualitative research,a semi-structured interview was conducted on 15 postpartum women who used multidimensional sensory delivery,and the data was analyzed using the Colaizzi phenomenological research method.The results extracted four themes of multidimensional sensory delivery experience for postpartum women:pain,comfort,social support,and effective coping ability.Conclusion:In the process of implementing multidimensional sensory delivery,it is necessary to actively exert the initiative of midwives,strengthen specialized training for midwives,and strengthen prenatal health education and pre experience in outpatient clinics.
