摘 要:目的:探讨可视化思维导图法联合案例分析教学法对烧伤护理实习生思维能力培养的效果。方法:选取2024年2月至2024年5月在某三甲医院烧伤科实习的64名护理专业学生,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组32名。对照组采用传统带教模式,实验组采用可视化思维导图法联合案例分析教学模式。通过理论知识和护理操作技能考核及批判性思维能力量表(CCTDI-CV)评估教学效果。结果:实验组护生的理论知识和护理操作技能成绩显著高于对照组(p<0.05),且实验组护生的批判性思维能力得分显著提升(p<0.05)。结论:可视化思维导图法联合案例分析教学法能有效提高烧伤护理实习生的理论知识和操作技能水平,并促进其批判性思维能力的培养。Objective:To explore the effect of visual mind mapping combined with case analysis teaching method on the cultivation of thinking ability of burn nursing interns.Method:64 nursing students who participated in clinical internships in the burn department of a tertiary hospital from February 2024 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 32 students in each group,according to a random number table.The control group adopts the traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group adopts the visual mind mapping method combined with case analysis teaching mode.Result:There was a significant difference in the theoretical knowledge assessment scores between the control group and the experimental group;There is a significant difference in the assessment scores of nursing operation skills between the control group and the experimental group;There was no significant difference in the scores and total scores of each dimension of the pre teaching critical thinking ability scale between the two groups of nursing students,and the baseline consistency was good;After the teaching,the scores and total score of each dimension of the critical thinking ability scale for nursing students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:The use of visual mind mapping combined with case analysis in clinical practice teaching for burn nursing interns can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and nursing operation skills of nursing students.
