EBN模式下QCC活动在预防胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者并发症中的应用与研究

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理(EBN)模式下品管圈(QCC)活动应用于预防胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者并发症的价值。方法选取2022年6月24日-2022年12月7日38名胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者140例次化疗作为改善前对照组(常规护理)。改善后实验组(EBN模式下QCC活动)为所有方策群组均实施后的2023年5月1日-2023年11月30日期间住院胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者共41人140例次。对比两组护士对化疗方案知晓度、患者化疗后并发症发生率、化疗文书书写规范率、满意度。结果实验组护士对胃肠道肿瘤专科化疗方案知晓率较对照组高(P<0.05);实验组化疗后Ⅱ度以上恶心呕吐、周围神经病变、手足综合症发生率较对照组低,重度癌性疲乏发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);实验组患者化疗文书书写规范率较对照组高(P<0.05);两组满意度对比无显著差异,但实验组患者满意度稍高(P>0.05)。结论EBN模式下QCC活动在预防胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者并发症中效果确切,能提高护士对化疗方案知晓度、化疗文书书写规范率,降低患者化疗后并发症发生率,增强患者满意度,值得应用。Objective:To explore the value of applying quality control circle(QCC)activities under the evidence-based nursing(EBN)model in preventing complications in patients with gastrointestinal tumors undergoing chemotherapy.Method:From June 24,2022 to December 7,2022,38 patients with gastrointestinal tumors who received 140 cycles of chemotherapy were selected as the control group before improvement(conventional nursing).The improved experimental group(QCC activity under EBN mode)consisted of a total of 41 hospitalized gastrointestinal tumor chemotherapy patients who underwent chemotherapy from May 1,2023 to November 30,2023,after all treatment groups were implemented.Compare the awareness of chemotherapy regimens,incidence of postoperative complications,standardized writing of chemotherapy documents,and satisfaction between two groups of nurses.The experimental group nurses had a higher awareness of specialized chemotherapy regimens for gastrointestinal tumors compared to the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of grade II or above nausea and vomiting,peripheral neuropathy,and hand foot syndrome in the experimental group after chemotherapy was lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of severe cancer-related fatigue was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The standardized writing rate of chemotherapy documents in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups,but the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was slightly higher(P>0.05).Conclusion:QCC activity under EBN mode is effective in preventing complications in gastrointestinal cancer chemotherapy patients.It can improve nurses'awareness of chemotherapy regimens,standardize the writing of chemotherapy documents,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,enhance patient satisfaction,and is worthy of application.
