消毒供应中心处理外来医疗器械中风险管理的实际效果分析

摘　　要：目的:对外来医疗器械由消毒供应中心处理过程中,加强风险管理的实际效果展开多角度分析。方法:对2022年9月-2024年9月处理的外来医疗器械共1100件作为研究对象,并将这些器械进行分组,划分为研究组(n=550)和对照组(n=550)。对照组采用的是常规管理措施,研究组在此基础上加强风险管理。结果:对两组的医疗器械消毒质量、使用满意度以及不良事件发生率比较,结果显示应用风险管理的研究组有更显著的优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对外来医疗器械来说,消毒供应中心想要提高消毒质量,应当进一步加强风险管理,对每一个环节都要加强重视,提高医护人员对器械的使用满意度。According to relevant data statistics,China's medical device products in 2023 reached 327,905 pieces,with a year-on-year growth of 14.08%.There were 299,723 domestic medical devices,accounting for 91.41%.The total market size of medical equipment in China reached 1.27 trillion yuan,up 10.4%year on year.The gradual increase of the number of medical devices also puts forward more and higher requirements for the disinfection co-supply centers,especially to strengthen the hospital infection control.The disinfection supply center should pay more attention to the disinfection of foreign medical devices,improve the behaviors such as non-standard treatment as soon as possible,and formulate a more perfect and standardized management mode,so as to effectively guarantee the surgical safety of patients.
