摘  要:目的:探究分析无创呼吸机联合氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法时间:2024年1月至2024年12月,对象:院内慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD,后文简称慢阻肺)合并呼吸衰竭患者共61例,分组:随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用无创呼吸机治疗,观察组采用无创呼吸机联合氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗,对比两组肺功能状态,血气指标,不良反应发生率以及生活质量。结果观察组优于对照组,P<0.05。结论无创呼吸机联合氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗可显著改善患者肺功能状态,血气指标以及生活质量,同时不会使得患者出现过多的不良反应,值得推广与应用。Objective:To explore and analyze the efficacy of non-invasive ventilator combined with oxygen driven nebulization inhalation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with respiratory failure.Method:From January 2024 to December 2024,a total of 61 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)complicated with respiratory failure were enrolled in the study.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with non-invasive ventilator,while the observation group was treated with non-invasive ventilator combined with oxygen driven nebulization inhalation.The lung function status,blood gas indicators,incidence of adverse reactions,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.The observation group was superior to the control group,P<0.05。Conclusion:The combination of non-invasive ventilator and oxygen driven nebulization inhalation therapy can significantly improve patients'lung function status,blood gas indicators,and quality of life,without causing excessive adverse reactions.It is worth promoting and applying.
