摘 要:采用线筒式介质阻挡放电作用于山茶籽油制备等离子体活化山茶籽油(PACO),用ICCD对放电过程进行成像和采用发射光谱法对活性物种进行诊断,探索等离子体与山茶籽油的作用机制,并考察了杀菌活性和稳定性。研究发现将等离子体喷嘴置于山茶籽油中放电4 h,放电电压16 k V、放电频率6k Hz,以He+O_(2)为载气制备的PACO(PACO-4h)比未处理山茶籽油的碘值由84.5 g·100 g^(-1)降至72 g·100 g^(-1),过氧化值由0.5 meq·kg^(-1)增至164.3 meq·kg^(-1),而酸价由2.1 mg·g^(-1)升至5.5 mg·g^(-1)。制备的PACO-4h对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均具有较强的杀菌活性,抑菌圈直径分别为15.04 mm和14.53 mm,存放3~15天后仍然具有较强杀菌作用。PACO-4h对铜绿假单胞菌,沙门氏菌以及白色念珠菌等常见致病菌都有明显的杀菌活性。Plasma activated camellia seed oil(PACO)was prepared by wire to cylinder dielectric barrier discharge plasma interacted with camellia seed oil.Combined with the imaging by ICCD camera of the interaction process between plasma and camellia seed oil,the diagnosis of plasma active species by emission spectroscopy,as well as the analysis of PACO physicochemical properties by chemical analysis,the mechanism of the interaction between plasma and camellia seed oil,the bactericidal activity of PACO and its stability were explored.After discharging for 4 h at 16 kV and 6 kHz with He and O_(2) gas mixtures as carrier gas,the physiochemical properties of PACO prepared in the case by placing the plasma nozzle in the oil(PACO-4h)changed obviously.Compared with the untreated camellia seed oil,the iodine value of PACO decreased from 84.5 g·100 g^(-1)to 72 g·100 g^(-1),while the peroxide value increased from 0.5 meq·kg^(-1)to 164.3 meq·kg^(-1),and the acid value increased from 2.1 mg·g^(-1)to 5.5 mg·g^(-1).PACO-4h has strong bactericidal activity against E.coli and S.aureus.The diameters of bacteriostatic rings are 15.04 mm and 14.53 mm,respectively.After being stored for 3~15 days,it still has strong bactericidal effect.In addition,PACO has obvious bactericidal activity against common pathogenic bacteria,such as P.aeruginosa,Salmonella and C.albicans.
