摘 要:针对风电并网中负载不平衡引起的系统电压不平衡情况下,级联STATCOM直流侧电压不平衡问题,提出一种电压分层控制实现直流侧电容电压均压的技术方法。LCL型级联STATCOM结构在负载不平衡工况下系统电压存在正、负序分量,采用广义二阶积分器法可对正、负序分量进行分离,在此基础上,采用正负序电压电流双闭环控制可实现全局的稳压控制。同时,采用注入零序电压的方法实现相间的均压控制,采用误差叠加的方法对相内电压均压,大大改善负载不平衡引起的系统电压不平衡。仿真结果表明,该方法能有效实现电压的动态补偿,提高系统并网的稳定性。Aiming at the problem of unbalanced DC side voltage of cascaded STATCOM under the condition of unbalanced system voltage caused by unbalanced load in wind power grid connection,a technical method of voltage hierarchical control to realize DC side capacitor voltage equalization is proposed.The LCL-type cascaded STATCOM structure has positive and negative sequence components of the system voltage under unbalanced load conditions.Therefore,the generalized second-order integrator method can be used to separate the positive and negative sequence components.On this basis,the positive and negative sequence voltage and current double closed-loop control can achieve global voltage stabilization control.At the same time,the method of injecting zero-sequence voltage is utilized to achieve inter-phase voltage equalization control,and the method of error superposition is used to equalize the voltage in the phase,which greatly improves the system voltage imbalance caused by load imbalance.The simulation results show that the method can realize the dynamic compensation of voltage and improve the grid-connected stability of the system.
