摘  要:“药理学”是制药工程专业的核心课程,具有系统性强、知识面广、发展迅速的特点。探索专业课程在教学和育人方面的守正创新方法,有利于培养担当民族复兴大任的新时代高级人才。课程团队结合所在院校的教学特点,按照“以学生为中心、成果导向、持续改进”的OBE理念,探索面向制药工程专业以问题为导向的“药理学”教学创新模式,结合虚拟实验教学平台,调动学生学习的积极性、主动性、创造性,同时融入敬业、责任、法制等思政元素,在潜移默化中提高学生的学习兴趣和职业道德水平,培养实用型制药工程人才。通过灵活教学方式的运用,课程整体教学质量得到明显提高,课堂教学与创新训练的融合探索,促进了创新人才的培养。Pharmacology,the core pharmaceutical engineering course,is characterized by strong systematicity,extensive knowledge and rapid development.The exploration of the conservative and innovative methods employed in professional courses,with a focus on teaching and educating people,is conducive to cultivate high-level talents for the new era,who will take responsibility for national rejuvenation.Combining the teaching characteristics of the university and following the OBE concept of'student-centered,result-oriented,and continuous improvement',the course team has explored an innovative pharmacology teaching model that integrates virtual laboratory teaching based on the Problem Based Learning(PBL)model for pharmaceutical engineering majors.This innovative mode has mobilized students'enthusiasm,initiative and creativity in learning.In addition,it integrates elements of ideology and politics,such as dedication,responsibility and the legal system,in a subtle way to improve students'interests in learning and professional ethics and cultivate practical pharmaceutical engineering talents.The employment of flexible teaching methods has resulted in a significant enhancement in the overall quality of the course.The exploration of the integration of classroom teaching and innovative training has been demonstrated to promote the cultivation of innovative talents.
