摘 要:为提升醇氢发动机中甲醇催化裂解的效果,研究了Cu3Ni1N/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂(N=Zn,Co,Ce,La和Zr)对甲醇裂解反应催化行为的影响,检验其时间稳定性,并与未掺杂的Cu3Ni1/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂对比.所有的催化剂均采用X射线衍射(XRD)、H_(2)-程序升温还原技术(H_(2)-TPR)、扫描电子显微镜(BET)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)与X射线光电子能谱技术(XPS)进行表征.结果表明:第三金属元素的掺杂能够提升甲醇裂解率,降低副产物生成.就各掺杂元素而言,La因其难以负载导致对甲醇裂解效应提升不明显;Zr能够很好地分散在催化剂中促进裂解反应;Co能与Ni产生协同作用,促进Co-Ni合金形成促进甲醇裂解,但其副产物较多,不利于实际生产;Zn能在载体表面均匀附着,形成大量细小晶粒;Ce能活化Cu^(2+)并促进Cu的分散,对甲醇裂解率的提升效果是最好的.Cu3Ni1Ce1/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂对甲醇裂解效应最佳.To enhance the methanol catalytic decomposition in alcohol-hydrogen engines,the effect of Cu3Ni1N/Al_(2)O_(3) catalysts(N=Zn,Co,Ce,La and Zr)on the catalytic behavior of the methanol decomposition reaction was investigated to examine their temporal stability,in comparison with undoped Cu3Ni1/Al_(2)O_(3) catalysts.All the catalysts were characterized by XRD(X-ray Diffraction),H_(2)-TPR(temperature programmed reduction),BET(Brunauer-Emmett-Teller),SEM(scanning electron microscope)and XPS(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy).The results show that the doping of the third metal element can enhance the methanol decomposition rate and reduce the generation of by-products.In terms of the doping elements,La is difficult to load and thus has only little effect on methanol decomposition.Zr can be well dispersed in the catalyst to promote the decomposition reaction.Co can synergize with Ni to promote the formation of Co-Ni alloy to promote the methanol decomposition,but its by-products are too high to be suitable for the actual production.Zn can be uniformly adhered to the surface of the carrier to form a large number of fine particles.Ce can activate Cu^(2+)and promote the dispersion of Cu,which is not suitable for the production of methanol,which has the best effect on the enhancement of methanol decomposition rate.Cu3Ni1Ce1/Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst has the best effect on methanol decomposition.
