摘  要:针对某600 MW超临界供热机组,提出了两种太阳能与该机组的耦合方案:方案1通过太阳能场热能取代高加抽气;方案2为取代供热抽气.采用Matlab建立了供热季节太阳能辅助600 MW超临界供热机组性能计算仿真模型,并对供热季内这两种耦合方案进行了性能计算分析比较.结果表明:方案1和2均能提升原供热机组的性能;在供热季额定抽气工况下,方案1和2的发电标准煤耗率分别为221.35和225.26 g/(kW∙h),相比原供热机组分别降低了28.47和24.56 g/(kW∙h);方案1的光电转换效率为16.17%,比方案2高出2.63%;方案1和2的调峰范围提高了58.93%和83.33%.有效直接辐射强度235 W/m2是方案1和2的性能分界节点,据此提出了机组运行优化策略判据,制定了供热机组供热季节运行的优化运行策略,供热季按运行优化策略比方案1多节省煤134.54 t,比方案2多节省212.37 t.Aiming at a 600 MW supercritical cogeneration unit,two coupling schemes of solar energy and the unit were proposed:the first scheme is to replace the high heating steam extraction with the thermal energy of the solar energy field,and the second is to replace the heating steam extraction altogether.The performance calculation and simulation model of a solar-assisted 600 MW supercritical cogeneration unit in the heating season were established using Matlab,and the performance of the two coupling schemes in the heating season was calculated and compared.The results show that both scheme 1 and scheme 2 can improve the performance of the original cogeneration unit.Under the rated steam extraction condition in the heating season,the power generation standard coal consumption rates of scheme 1 and scheme 2 are 221.35 and 225.26 g/(kW∙h),respectively,reducing 28.47 and 24.56 g/(kW∙h)compared to the original cogeneration unit.The photoelectric conversion efficiency of scheme 1 is 16.17%,which is 2.63%higher than that of scheme 2.The peak regulation range of scheme 1 is increased by 58.93%,and that of scheme 2 is increased by 83.33%.The effective direct normal irradiance(DNI)of 235 W/m2 serves as the performance threshold for both scheme 1 and scheme 2.Based on this,the criterion for unit operation optimization strategy was put forward,and the optimal operation strategy of the cogeneration unit in the heating season was determined.In the heating season,according to the operation optimization strategy,134.54 t of coal and 212.37 t of coal are saved compared to scheme 1 and scheme 2,respectively.
