摘 要:本文研究了生产车间生产调度控制算法,包括生产车间生产调度问题的数学描述、生产调度问题的目标函数及生产调度控制算法如何设计和实现,利用NSGA2算法进行详细建模和设计,再对生产车间的生产调度进行仿真验证。在此基础上,本文对生产调度控制问题进行描述,构建了多目标求解生产调度问题的数学模型,设计出一种新型的遗传优化调度控制算法并完成模型求解,经过应用仿真并分析后验证算法有效。结果表明,遗传算法是适宜生产车间实际生产过程的调度算法。This article studies the production scheduling control algorithm in the production workshop,including the mathematical description of the production scheduling problem in the production workshop,the objective function of the production scheduling problem,and how to design and implement the production scheduling control algorithm.The NSGA2 algorithm is used for detailed modeling and design,and the production scheduling between production vehicles is simulated and verified.On this basis,this article describes the production scheduling control problem,constructs a multi-objective mathematical model for solving the production scheduling problem,designs a new genetic optimization scheduling control algorithm,and completes the model solution.After application simulation and analysis,the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified.The results indicate that genetic algorithm is a suitable scheduling algorithm for the actual production process in the production workshop.
