Three Dimensional Temperature Field Monitoring and Crimping Defect Detection Technology for Cable Joints Under Different Working Conditions and Crimping Processes

摘  要:通过搭建电缆接头热循环试验系统,探究了650 A和1200 A两种工况下,正常压接工艺和插拔压接工艺下电缆接头三维温度场的监测技术和压接缺陷检测技术。统计两种工况、两种工艺下电缆接头与电缆本体的内芯温度、表皮温度,并使用电缆接头接触电阻状态表征函数求出相应的接触系数。结果表明,正常压接工艺下接触系数小于阈值3,该工艺合格;插拔压接工艺下接触系数大于阈值3,说明存在压接缺陷,该工艺不合格。By building a cable joint thermal cycling test system,the monitoring technology of the three-dimensional temperature field and the detection technology of crimping defects of cable joints under normal crimping process and plug-in crimping process under two working conditions of 650A and 1200A were explored.Calculate the core temperature and skin temperature of cable joints and cable bodies under two working conditions and two processes,and use the contact resistance state characterization function of cable joints to calculate the corresponding contact coefficient.The results indicate that under normal crimping process,if the contact coefficient is less than the threshold of 3,the process is qualified;If the contact coefficient under the plug-in crimping process is greater than the threshold of 3,it indicates the existence of crimping defects and the process is unqualified.
