基于机载LiDAR和遥感影像处理的地籍测绘方法

摘  要:由于土地资源的需求量加大,常规的地籍测绘方法已经难以满足现代测绘的高精度需求。针对上述问题,提出了基于机载LiDAR和遥感影像处理的地籍测绘方法,首先将采用短时傅里叶变换方法进行小波变换操作的遥感影像进行处理并使用优化后的遥感影像进行数据融合,之后通过权重系数计算法建立判断矩阵并进行一致性检验从而对地籍测绘信息关系进行定义,再利用机载LiDAR得到激光点云数据并进行点云切割达到提取平断面的目的,最后将提取出的平断面进行数据处理得到的平断面图作为地籍底图,在此基础上进行地籍图的绘制。在实验过程中,通过与其他两种常规方法进行对比,得出该地籍测绘方法的平均测绘误差最小为2.23 cm,另两种方法的平均测绘误差分别为37.48 cm和43.74 cm,说明该方法的精确性最高。Because of the increasing demand of land resources,conventional cadastral surveying and mapping methods have been difficult to meet the high-precision needs of modern surveying and mapping.In order to solve these problems,a cadastral surveying and mapping method based on airborne LiDAR and remote sensing image processing is proposed,first,the remote sensing images,which are processed using Short-time Fourier transform wavelet transform,are fused with the optimized remote sensing images,after that,the judgment matrix is established by the weight coefficient calculation method and the consistency test is carried out to define the information relation of cadastral surveying and mapping,then using the LiDAR to get the data of laser point cloud and cut the point cloud to get the plane section.Finally,the plane section map obtained from the data processing of the plane section is used as the bottom map of cadastral,on this basis,the cadastral map is drawn.In the course of the experiment,the average error of the cadastral surveying and mapping method is 2.23 cm,and the average error of the other two methods is 37.48 cm and 43.74 cm respectively,the accuracy of this method is the highest.
