摘 要:为了提升水泥厂能源利用效率,实现余热资源最大化回收,本文通过介绍蒸汽-电联合动力连接方式设计,包括工作机与电机的双出轴连接方案及连接方式选择,详细探讨了蒸汽-电联合动力系统在多种工况下的运行方式,包括无蒸汽输出、充足蒸汽输入及蒸汽量不足等模式。进一步,本文研究了基于该联合动力的水泥厂余热发电技术,并深入分析了其节能效率。研究结果表明,蒸汽-电联合动力系统能够显著提高水泥厂的能源利用效率,有效减少能源消耗与排放,为实现水泥行业的绿色可持续发展提供了有力支持。In order to improve the energy utilization efficiency of cement plants and maximize the recovery of waste heat resources,this article introduces the design of the steam electric combined power connection method,including the dual output shaft connection scheme and connection method selection between the working machine and the motor.It discusses in detail the operating modes of the steam electric combined power system under various working conditions,including no steam output,sufficient steam input,and insufficient steam volume.Furthermore,this article investigates the waste heat power generation technology of cement plants based on this combined power,and deeply analyzes its energy-saving efficiency.The research results indicate that the steam electric combined power system can significantly improve the energy utilization efficiency of cement plants,effectively reduce energy consumption and emissions,and provide strong support for achieving green and sustainable development of the cement industry.
