摘　　要：现有的桥面抛丸机多为手扶式或车载式,操作复杂,体积较大。本文基于集成PLC实现混凝土桥面抛丸的自动化施工,使其可以根据具体桥面状况分析计算出最适合的抛丸参数(抛丸量、出射速度)与抛丸角度。同时针对现有抛丸机叶轮固定调节起来复杂的缺点加装了智能角度调节装置,使其可以根据桥面状况自动调节最适的抛丸角度。不仅可以用于减少施工成本,而且可以提高施工质量。The existing bridge deck shot blasting machine is mostly walking or vehicle type,the operation is complex,the volume is large.This paper realizes the automatic construction of concrete bridge deck shot blasting based on integrated PLC.The most suitable blasting parameters(blasting quantity,ejection velocity)and blasting angle can be calculated according to the concrete deck condition.At the same time,an intelligent angle adjusting device is added to solve the complicated problem of fixing and adjusting the impeller of shot blasting machine.The optimal blasting angle can be automatically adjusted according to the condition of the bridge deck.
