摘  要:为了提高现浇箱梁桥施工安全性和结构稳定性,文章结合具体工程实例,通过对比盘扣式与碗扣式支架的力学性能、经济性及施工适应性,结合层次分析法(AHP)进行支架选型;针对复杂地质条件实施多种地基处理方案,并通过数值模拟分析其效果;采用预压法控制结构变形,确保施工精度,结果表明,盘扣式支架在复杂工况下具有更优性能,地基处理和支架预压措施有效改善了支架系统的稳定性和承载能力,为同类工程提供参考和借鉴。In order to improve the construction safety and structural stability of cast-in-place box girder bridge,this paper combined with specific engineering examples,compared the mechanical properties,economy and construction adaptability of disc-buckle and bowl-buckle supports,and combined with analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to select the support.A variety of foundation treatment schemes are implemented for complex geological conditions,and their effects are analyzed by numerical simulation.The preloading method is used to control the structural deformation and ensure the construction accuracy.The results show that the disc buckle bracket has better performance under complex working conditions.The foundation treatment and bracket preloading measures effectively improve the stability and bearing capacity of the bracket system,which provides reference for similar projects.
