接缝及刻槽施工技术在公路水泥砼路面工程中的运用

摘  要:以某公路为例,探究了水泥砼路面接缝施工与刻槽施工的技术要点。在纵向接缝施工中,使用专用机械将L型拉杆加入到施工缝中,切缝后清理切割面并粘贴嵌缝双面胶;在纵向假缝施工使用螺纹钢筋作为拉杆,喷涂防锈漆,首次切缝深度10 cm,之后再进行3 cm深的扩缝。在横向缩缝、胀缝与施工缝施工中,使用直径为32 mm一级钢筋作为传力杆,传力杆与钢筋支架焊接固定。选择合适时机切缝,保证切缝顺直,在使用结束后及时填缝,防止路面雨水进入基层,延长公路寿命。Taking a certain highway as an example,this paper explores the technical points of joint construction and groove construction in cement concrete pavement.In the construction of longitudinal joints,special machinery is used to add L-shaped pull rods into the construction joints,clean the cutting surface after cutting,and paste double-sided adhesive tape for joint filling;In the construction of longitudinal false joints,threaded steel bars are used as tension rods,and anti rust paint is sprayed.The first cut depth is 10cm,and then a 3cm deep expansion joint is carried out.In the construction of transverse contraction joints,expansion joints,and construction joints,first grade steel bars with a diameter of 32mm are used as transmission rods,which are welded and fixed to the steel bar supports.Choose the appropriate time to cut the joints,ensure that the joints are straight,and fill them in a timely manner after use to prevent rainwater from entering the base layer and extend the service life of the highway.
