摘 要:为了提升城镇燃气管道建设的效率与安全性,本文通过介绍基于顶管施工技术的城镇燃气管道建设方案,详细分析了项目实例、燃气管道顶管布置、施工平面布置与机械选型等工程概况,以及顶管施工参数设计、顶管竖井施工、顶管机头进洞与顶进施工等核心建设环节。通过分析,本文提出了顶管施工技术在城镇燃气管道建设中的具体应用策略。研究结果表明:采用顶管施工技术不仅能够有效减少对地面的破坏,还能提高施工效率,确保燃气管道的安全稳定运行。基于此点,结合我项目在佛莞城际铁路燃气管道迁改施工经验,该方案为城镇燃气管道建设提供了一种可行的、高效的施工模式,具有较高的实践应用价值。In order to improve the efficiency and safety of urban gas pipeline construction,this article introduces a construction plan for urban gas pipelines based on top pipe construction technology,and analyzes in detail the project examples,top pipe layout of gas pipelines,construction plan layout and mechanical selection,as well as the core construction links such as top pipe construction parameter design,top pipe vertical shaft construction,top pipe head entry and top entry construction.Through analysis,this article proposes specific application strategies for pipe jacking construction technology in urban gas pipeline construction.The research results indicate that the use of pipe jacking construction technology can not only effectively reduce damage to the ground,but also improve construction efficiency and ensure the safe and stable operation of gas pipelines.Based on this,combined with my project experience in the relocation and construction of gas pipelines on the Foshan Dongguan intercity railway,this plan provides a feasible and efficient construction mode for urban gas pipeline construction,with high practical application value.
