摘  要:本文以某重型机械结构的转运装置为研究对象,对货物进行转运过程的受力进行了分析,建立数值仿真计算模型,研究转运装置转运货物过程中其主梁应力和形变的变化,并与理论计算结果进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,货物初始放置到转运装置上时为极限工况,随着转运过程的进行,主梁的应力和形变均不断缩小。In this paper,taking the transfer device of a substantial mechanical framework as the research object,the force acting on the device in the process of the transferring goods are analyzed.The numerical simulation calculation model is established to study the changes of the stress and deformation of the main beamduring the transfer process,and compared with the theoretical calculation results.The results show that when the goods are placed on the transfer device,It's in the extreme condition.The stress and deformation of the main beam are continuously reduced during the transfer process.
