摘 要:随着航空制造技术的快速发展,各机型中小结构件实现自动化生产线批量加工,完成批量加工后需要进行数字化测量,结构件的测量周期影响整机交付进度。通过介绍典型的飞机中小结构件单件加工测量技术,从测量坐标系的建立方法、坐标系转换并设计组合式测量方面研究,形成对飞机结构件自动化生产线批量加工后,实现单个零件只建一次基准坐标系,可完成成批相似类型零件快速测量方法。最终通过测量技术应用验证,实现生产线批量加工完成后快速测量,缩短零件交付周期。With the rapid development of aviation manufacturing technology,small structural components of various aircraft models are now mass-produced through automated production lines.After mass production,they need to be measured digitally.The measurement cycle of structural components affects the delivery schedule of the entire aircraft.By introducing typical single-piece processing and measurement technologies for aircraft structural components,this study researches the methods of establishing measurement coordinate systems,coordinate system conversion,and designing composite measurement,in order to achieve a method of measuring individual parts only once with a reference coordinate system,which can be used to quickly measure similar types of parts in batches.Finally,the study verifies the application of measurement technology to achieve rapid measurement after mass production,shortening the delivery cycle of parts.
