摘  要:目的探讨伴腹型肥胖的2型糖尿病患者血清微小核糖核酸⁃552⁃3p(miR⁃552⁃3p)、肝X受体α(LXRα)水平及与糖脂代谢的相关性。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月保定市第一中心医院收治的105例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者作为研究对象,并以男性腰围≥90 cm,女性腰围≥85 cm为切点将其分入T2DM组(n=44)和T2DM腹型肥胖组(n=61),检测并对比两组的血清miR⁃552⁃3p、LXRα水平。采用Pearson相关分析探讨T2DM患者血清miR⁃552⁃3p、LXRα水平与糖脂代谢的关系,采用多因素Logistic逐步回归分析T2DM患者腹型肥胖的影响因素。结果T2DM腹型肥胖组患者血清miR⁃552⁃3p水平低于T2DM组患者,LXRα水平高于T2DM组患者(P<0.05);T2DM腹型肥胖组患者血清TC、TG、FPG、LDL⁃C水平高于T2DM组患者,FINS、HDL⁃C低于T2DM组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T2DM患者血清miR⁃552⁃3p与FINS、HDL⁃C均呈正相关(P均<0.05),血清miR⁃552⁃3p与TC、TG、FPG、LDL⁃C均呈负相关(P均<0.05);T2DM患者血清LXRα与FINS、HDL⁃C均呈负相关(P均<0.05),血清LXRα与TC、TG、FPG、LDL⁃C均呈正相关(P均<0.05)。T2DM腹型肥胖组患者年龄≥45岁、男性、高盐高油饮食习惯比例高于T2DM组患者(P<0.05)。多因素回归分析显示:年龄、性别、高盐高油饮食习惯、miR⁃552⁃3p、LXRα是T2DM患者腹型肥胖的影响因素(P均<0.05)。结论伴腹型肥胖的2型糖尿病患者的血清miR⁃552⁃3p表达降低、LXRα水平升高,并与糖脂代谢指标相关,是T2DM患者腹型肥胖的影响因素。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum microRNA⁃552⁃3p(miR⁃552⁃3p)and liver X receptorα(LXRα)levels and glycolipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and abdominal obesity.Methods 105 patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)who were admitted to the First Central Hospital of Baoding from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups:the T2DM group(n=44)and the T2DM abdominal obesity group(n=61)with waist circumferences≥90 cm in males and≥85 cm in females as the dividing point.The serum levels of miR⁃552⁃3p and LXRαwere measured and compared between the two groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the relationship between serum levels of miR⁃552⁃3p and LXRαand glucose and lipid metabolism in T2DM patients,and multi⁃factor logistic stepwise regression was used to analyze the factors influencing abdominal obesity in T2DM patients.Results The serum miR⁃552⁃3p level in the T2DM abdominal obesity group was lower than that in the T2DM group,and the serum LXRαlevel was higher than that in the T2DM group(P<0.05).Se⁃rum levels of TC,TG,FPG,and LDL⁃C in the abdominal obesity group were higher than those in the T2DM group,while FINS and HDL⁃C were lower than those in the T2DM group(P<0.05).Serum miR⁃552⁃3p in T2DM patients was positively correlated with FINS and HDL⁃C(P<0.05).Serum miR⁃552⁃3p was negatively correlated with TC,TG,FPG,and LDL⁃C(P<0.05).Serum LXRαwas negatively correlated with FINS and HDL⁃C in T2DM patients(P<0.05),and positively correlated with TC,TG,FPG and LDL⁃C(P<0.05).The number of overweight individuals,those with fatty liver and high⁃salt and high⁃oil eating habits in the T2DM abdominal obesity group was higher than that in the T2DM group(P<0.05).Overweight,fatty liver,high salt and high oil diet,miR⁃552⁃3p and LXRαwere influential factors of abdominal obesity in T2DM patients(all P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of miR⁃552⁃3p and the le
