摘　　要：目的探究Endobutton内固定治疗前十字韧带(ACL)胫骨止点撕脱骨折效果及对血清成纤维细胞生长因子⁃2(FGF⁃2)、血清I型胶原羧基肽β特殊序列(β⁃CTX)水平的影响。方法选取2020年7月至2022年12月间秦皇岛市工人医院收治的100例ACL胫骨止点撕脱骨折患者,根据随机数表法将其分为联合组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组采用关节镜下缝线治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合Endobutton内固定术治疗,比较两组手术时间、骨代谢指标(血清FGF⁃2和β⁃CTX)水平、膝关节稳定性指数(IKJS)、Lysholm评分、膝关节关节活动度(屈曲度、伸直度、屈伸弧度)评分及术后并发症。结果联合组手术时间比对照组长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1个月,联合组血清β⁃CTX水平、IKJS指数、Lysholm评分和膝关节活动度评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清FGF⁃2水平比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月,联合组血清β⁃CTX水平、IKJS指数和膝关节活动度评分大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FGF⁃2水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,联合组和对照组Lysholm评分相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月,联合组与对照组并发症发生率相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Endobutton内固定治疗ACL胫骨止点撕脱骨折效果更好,膝关节愈合后稳定性更高,活动度更大。Objective To explore the curative effect of Endobutton internal fixation in anterior cru⁃ciate ligament(ACL)tibial occlusion avulsion fracture and its influences on the levels of serum fibroblast growth factor⁃2(FGF⁃2)and type I collagen carboxylpeptide⁃βspecial sequence(β⁃CTX).Methods A total of 100 patients with ACL tibial occlusion avulsion fractures were admitted to Qinhuangdao WorkersHospital between July 2020 and December 2022.They were divided into two groups using the random number table method:the combination group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases).The control group underwent treat⁃ment with arthroscopic suture,while the combination group received additional Endobutton internal fixation.The operation time,levels of bone metabolism indicators(FGF⁃2,β⁃CTX),scores of the index of knee joint stability(IKJS),Lysholm scores,range of motion(flexion,extension,flexion⁃extension arc),and postopera⁃tive complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time in the combination group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).One month after surgery,the level of serumβ⁃CTX,scores of IKJS,Lysholmand range of motion in the combination group were higher than those in control group,while the level of serum FGF⁃2 was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).At three months after surgery,the level of serumβ⁃CTX,scores of IKJS and range of motion in the combination group were higher than those in the control group,while level of serum FGF⁃2 was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At three months after surgery,there was no significant difference in Lysholm score between the two groups(P>0.05).At six months after sur⁃gery,there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of the Endobutton internal fixation is better for ACL tibial avulsion fractures,resulting in higher s
