盐酸改性稻壳灰沸石的制备及吸附性能研究

摘  要:以水热法合成的稻壳灰沸石为原料,通过盐酸改性成功制备了改性稻壳灰沸石,并对其吸附性能进行了研究。结果表明,稻壳灰沸石改性的最佳工艺参数为盐酸浓度0.15mol/L、改性温度40℃、改性时间25min、固液比1∶15(g∶mL)。在此条件下,当初始质量浓度为30mg/L、吸附剂用量为2g/L、pH值为7、吸附时间240min时,改性稻壳灰沸石对结晶紫的去除率和吸附量分别达到78.17%和11.19mg/g,相比稻壳灰沸石,其吸附效果提升了1.56倍,说明盐酸改性后的稻壳灰沸石展现出良好的吸附性能,可作为吸附材料,广泛应用于废水处理领域。Using hydrothermal synthesis of rice husk zeolite as raw material,the modified rice husk zeolite was successfully prepared through hydrochloric acid modification,and the adsorption performance was studied.The results show that the optimum parameters for the modification of rice husk zeolit were hydrochloric acid concentration of 0.15 mol/L,modification temperature of 40℃,modification time of 25 min and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶15(g∶mL).Under the specified conditions,with the initial concentration of 30 mg/L,adsorbent dosage of 2 g/L,pH value of 7 and adsorption time of 240 min,the modified rice husk zeolite exhibited a removal rate and adsorption capacity for crystal violet of 78.17% and 11.19 mg/g,respectively.Compared with rice husk zeolite,the adsorption effect is increased by 1.56 times.These results show that the rice husk zeolite modified by hydrochloric acid shows good adsorption properties,and can be widely used as an adsorption material in the field of wastewater treatment.
