三水醋酸钠/改性膨胀石墨定型复合相变材料制备及热物性能研究

摘  要:三水醋酸钠虽然具有相变潜热高、相变温度适宜且价格低廉的优点,但是固有的过冷度高、热导率低和易分层的缺点限制了其在储热领域的推广应用。本文以三水醋酸钠(SAT)为基材,十二水合磷酸氢二钠(DSP)为成核剂,曲拉通(TX-100)改性膨胀石墨(EG)为载体,在不添加增稠剂的情况下,通过常压吸附法得到了热循环性能良好的定型复合相变材料。研究中发现,TX-100改性后的膨胀石墨对SAT的吸附性能明显增强,同时还有效提高了SAT的热循环稳定性。当复合材料质量分数配比为8.5%EG∶1%DSP/SAT时,得到的定型复合相变材料性能最佳,且热循环时无泄漏,此时相比于纯相SAT,过冷度减小约48℃,热导率提高将近3倍,体系经50次循环后相变潜热降幅在2.3%以内,热循环稳定性良好。Although trihydrate sodium acetate(SAT)offers advantages such as high phase change latent heat,suitable phase change temperature,and low cost,its inherent drawbacks,including a high supercooling degree,low thermal conductivity,and susceptibility to stratification,limit its widespread application in thermal energy storage.In this study,SAT was utilized as the base material,with dodecahydrate disodium hydrogen phosphate(DSP)serving as a nucleating agent,and TX-100 modified expanded graphite(EG)as the carrier.A stable composite phase change material with good thermal cycling performance was developed through a pressureless adsorption method without the addition of thickening agents.The research revealed that the adsorption performance of SAT was significantly enhanced when using TX-100 modified expanded graphite,which also effectively improved the thermal cycling stability of SAT.When the composite material was formulated with 8.5%EG∶1%DSP,and SAT,the resulting stable composite phase change material exhibited optimal performance,with no leakage during thermal cycling.At this composition,the supercooling degree was reduced by approximately 48℃ compared to pure SAT,while the thermal conductivity increased nearly threefold.After 50 thermal cycles,the reduction in phase change latent heat was within 2.3%,demonstrating excellent thermal cycling stability.
