摘 要:以丹参作为研究对象,通过单因素结合响应面试验优化其黄酮类化合物的提取方法,并明确其美白与抗氧化效果。试验结果表明丹参中黄酮最佳的提取条件为液固比8∶1(mL∶g)、乙醇体积分数70%、超声温度70℃,在最优提取工艺条件下,总黄酮的得率为18.52%。丹参提取液对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基均表现出明显的清除能力,同时对酪氨酸酶有明显抑制作用。研究结果为丹参黄酮类物质的提取及其在美白抗氧化产品中的应用提供了科学依据。In this study,Salvia miltiorrhiza was selected as the research object to optimize the extraction method of flavonoids and evaluate its antioxidant and whitening effects.The specific effects of liquid-solid ratio,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time and temperature were evaluated by single factor test and response surface analysis.The experimental data revealed that under the conditions of liquid-solid ratio 8∶1(mL∶g),ethanol concentration of 70% and ultrasonic temperature of 70℃,the extraction rate of flavonoids was the highest,reaching 18.52%.The crude polysaccharides in Salvia miltiorrhiza also showed effective scavenging of DPPH and ABTS free radicals,and showed significant inhibitory effect on tyrosinase activity.Although its free radical scavenging ability was slightly insufficient compared with the same concentration of vitamin C,the optimal extraction process was simple and effective,which provided a scientific basis for the further industrial utilization of salvia miltiorrhiza extract and its application in whitening and antioxidant products.
