摘　　要：基于SMP-Ⅱ原有的反应机理进行新型的配方合成,通过对原配比的优化调整,使产品达到更卓越的性能,拥有了更高的抗温性及抗盐性,得到了新产品SMP-Ⅲ。此方法的合成工艺经过大量试验得到的最优配比,既提高了产品质量又在允许的生产成本范围之内,且经过生产试验验证工艺流程可控、稳定,便于操控,适合于工业化生产。Based on the original reaction mechanism of SMP-new formula synthesis,through the optimization of the original mix ratio,the product to achieve more excellent performance,with higher temperature and salt resistance,the new product SMP-Ⅲ.The synthesis process of this method obtains the optimal ratio after a lot of tests,which not only improves the product quality but also within the allowable production cost range,and the production test proves that the process is controllable,stable,easy to control,suitable for industrial production.
