摘  要:通过中试研究树脂吸附工艺在模拟真实工况下处理废气中的高浓度正庚烷。在自制实验装置上模拟正庚烷排气,探索不同温度、进气浓度对树脂吸附效果的影响,研究蒸汽温度、脱附时间对脱附回收率效果的影响。结果表明,树脂对正庚烷的吸附容量性能与温度相关,跟进气浓度无明显影响;在110~130℃温度区间内,正庚烷的脱附不受温度影响,延长脱附时间回收率未明显增加,表明树脂的脱附再生时间很快。在实验结果基础上针对含正庚烷废气的工程实施提出合理性建议。This study investigates the resin adsorption process for high-concentration n-heptane in simulated real-world conditions using pilot-scale research.The experimental setup was designed to simulate n-heptane emissions.The effects of different temperatures and gas concentrations on the resin adsorption efficiency were explored,and the effects of steam temperature and desorption time on the desorption recovery rate were studied.The results show that the resin's capacity for n-heptane adsorption is related to temperature,with no significant impact from the gas concentration.Between 110℃ and 130℃,the desorption of n-heptane is not affected by temperature,and extending the desorption time does not significantly increase the recovery rate,indicating that the resin's regeneration time is very fast.Based on the experimental results,practical recommendations are proposed for the implementation of engineering projects involving n-heptane-containing waste gases.
